Administrator’s Rule rejected, will Governor give MRSSA a go? 1

Shillong: Tathagata Roy, the Governor of Meghalaya has refused the government’s recommendation to declare Administrator’s Rule in KHADC. Will he refuse the Meghalaya Residents Security and Safety Act (MRSSA) too?
Sources informed that he is consulting legal experts on the Ordinance. Speculation that he will consult the Home Ministry at the Centre doing the round.
This result to a delay for the implementation of the Ordinance and might extends till the next Assembly session.
