CAB & NRC unacceptable in Punjab: Amarinder Singh 1

Amarinder Singh, Chief Minister of Punjab makes it clear and public that Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) will not be acceptable in his state citing Constitutional reasons. Singh also express his protest to National Register of Citizens (NRC) which the central government is about to bring as a bill.

Speaking to Hindustan Times yesterday the Punjab Chief Minister said that even if the Bill is passed by the Parliament it will never be accepted in Punjab and no one can force it upon the state.
