Shillong: Addressing at the gathering with Adhoc Teachers yesterday at Malki ground, Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma thanked the teachers for their selfless and valuable service to the nation despite many problems. he said that he could empathise easily with them and the problems they faced because his father himself, late Purno A Sangma served as a school teacher before his political career. he also said there will be criticisms but teachers should be more than committed to educating the students because it is good education that will build the families and the nation.
The Chief Minister also announced that there will be another meeting with the adhoc teachers on December this year to speed up addressing their problems.
He concluded by appealing to teachers to give their best in educating the students.
