Congress to fight Shella bye poll

Shillong: The Congress has decided to fight the Shella Bye Poll scheduled next month. The bye poll fall vacant due to the death of UDP Chief Dr. Donkupar Roy. Senior Congress Leader and Nongthymmai Legislator Charles Pyngrope said that the decision lies on the Shella Block Congress to decide. Pyngrope said that the “Congress is ready to fight the Shella Bye Poll in consultation with the Shella Block”


The Congress Leader said that the Congress has the strong presence in Shella and we are confident to win it.
