Shillong: The National Highway at Demthring Jaintia side and Lukha river bank were filled with foul smell littered with dead cows. When the earth protest through the voice of the people, the culprits then turned to Umran.


The Umran river too will not tolerate this senseless act. Its people stood up and condemn the smugglers’ cowardice whose conscience is dead. Thus, the Synroplang Wahumran Organisation sent a strong message against all cows smugglers or anyone to stop this uncivilized deed. This is conveyed by Bah Belty Syiemlieh, President and Bah Felix Syngkli, Secretary who also filed an FIR in the Nongpoh Police Station..
