They decided not to keep silent anymore but took the matter to the providers BSNL and JIO urging them to immediately solve this stalemate and honour the people with services befitting their faithfuly and regular payments.
Media providers should show moral responsibility to not only penalize delayed payment but to also and equally return good service for which the people have paid.
