According to the JAC on the 24th night of November, 2019 MPUF members includes Juni Phawa, David Dkhar, Viky Dhar and Scientis Sana were arrested over alleged extortion from truck drivers.

This the JAC termed as baseless. Further states that while the arrest was made on 24th but FIR was only filed a day later and the SP could not provide evidence in the court pertaining to the case.
