Shillong: Bah Arnest Mawrie The new President of the State Bharat Janata Party Meghalaya has said that the implementation of the CAA was on the agenda of the   BJP in its’ election manifesto if it comes to power.

Speaking to media persons Bah Mawrie, has refused to take question on CAA stating that the matter was still in the court and he can’t answer this question.

The BJP State Chief, said that Meghalaya has been exempted 99% from the CAA Act, The party has in its’ manifesto that CAA will be implemented if it comes to power.

He further said that the State BJP is supported the ILP, because it is the demand of the peoples’ of the State.
