Shillong: Batyngshain Laitmon Ryngnga, candidate of the Congress party in the by poll in Shella bad and also the President of the Shella Block, quit the Congress today.


In the letter addressed to the President, Pradesh Congress Committee (I), Batyngshain, expressed that he take responsibility for the loss in the recently by electon.
Ryngnga, got 1,715 votes in the by poll has thanks Dr Mukul Sangma, leaders, MLA, MDC and supporters of the Congress in Shella Constituency.
