Nongpoh: Office bearers of Nongpoh Block Congress Committee (NBCC) yesterday organized the pre-Christmas celebration at Marngar, Ri Bhoi District also joined by their MLA.
Various activities mark the celebration which includes a visit to senior citizens, to Mawsynrai Children’s Home and to Mawsyntai PHC where gifts were distributed. In the Advance Christmas at Umwang, Bah James Lyngdoh, working president Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee was the Chief Guest. Also present were, Bah Mayral Born Syiem, MLA of Nongpoh, Bah Balajied Rani, MDC, Bah Plielad Tiewsoh, President NBCC besides others.
