Shillong: Shri R. N. Ravi, Governor of Nagaland will discharge the functions of the Governor of Meghalaya during the period of leave of Shri Tathagata Roy. The swearing-in-ceremony of the Governor-designate will be held on 17th December, 2019 at Raj Bhavan, Shillong at 12:00 noon.
