Shillong: Truck carrying koke, fell down at 4th Mile Upper Shillong that affect traffic congestion in the city.
The SP Traffic, BD Marak said that this incident is the mistake of the driver when he stop at the truck at the turning side of the road.
The SP traffic also said that there are fake news that the truck is carrying coal but after investigation and seeing the documents, the truck is carrying koke.
